System Function
The M250 series microscopes offer your choice of corded or portable cordless models. Each corded model uses halogen illumination. Cordless models offer the portability of battery powered LED illumination; includes AC adapter to be plugged in if desired. Your choice of Monocular, Dual-view, or Binocular, all heads rotate 360°.
Standard features include color coded DIN Achromatic 4, 10, 40 and 100x objectives and 10x wide-field eyepieces. The interpupillary distance is adjustable from 55-75mm. Quadruple, rotating nose piece configuration. All models include graduated coaxial coarse and fine focus, graduated mechanical stages with low position coaxial controls,
and a focusable 1.25 NA Abbe condenser. An Iris Diaphragm, swing-out filter holder and intensity rheostat offer additional lighting control. Cordless models include 3 AA batteries and an AC adapter. All models include dust cover, blue filter, and instruction manual.
